Greater than 35 years of experience and the founder and president of HMO’s, Third Party Administered and Self-Insured Healthcare payment companies/systems. Recognized expert in the development of healthcare financing, funding as well as payment systems and mechanisms.

Dr. Charles Cox

Chief Medical Officer.

Greater than 21 years in practice. Over 12 years’ experience in working with the addicted population focusing on the Opioid Epidemic Patients by providing highly effective Buprenorphine Medically Assisted Treatment (BMAT). Known for high patient satisfaction and outcome ratings and comprehensive care deliverer.

James Cotton, CPA

Chief Financial Officer.

29 + years’ experience in a wide spectrum of accounting fields. Specializes in privately held corporations in the health care as well as acquisitions and mergers. Contract back office services for businesses as well. Former IRS agent. James provides our company with sound business practices guidance and counsel.

David Winchester

Chief Legal Counsel.

With over 27 years’ experience, David provides us with expert legal counsel in all of our activities with a focus on due diligence issues for our company. His practices specialize in large mergers and acquisitions of privately held corporations. He has overseen the successful sale of four businesses by principals of the company as well as recent acquisitions of three behavioral health limited liability companies.

Jamie Bates, LPN

Director of Utilization Review and Management Services.

Has greater than twenty years’ experience in providing UR/UM services for several large Addiction Treatment Service providers. She has also been the successful UR/UM director for an at-risk behavioral health HMO. Specializes in obtaining optimum treatment authorizations for the patient and treatment agency served.

Darlene Glass, Owner UCMC

Director of Billing and Collections Services.

Specializes in the rapid cycle of claims submission to payment received from payor sources. Exceptionally short accounts receivable (AR) times for optimized cash flow. Greater than 35 years in the successful billing and collections of payments from third-party payors to include public sector payors such as Medicare and TennCare (Medicaid) MCO’s.
